Parramore Prototype House

This infill project in the Parramore neighborhood of Orlando proposes a modular construction method based the dimensions of standard materials to reduce costs and simplify construction. Building dimensions are sized to allow short structural spans and natural ventilation. Stairway arrangements and voids allow a continuous flow of space between floors. Outdoor spaces include a roof deck and two screened-in porches.

The building is sized on its lot to leave room for a mirror-image structure to be constructed in the future, to increase the density of this close-in neighborhood.
